Search Terms
A name, location, or other term entered into a search widget is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. This site does not keep a copy of those submitted search terms in its own records.
Messages to the Site
If you send a message through a contact channel made available by the site, its contents and reply details are retained as needed to answer and document the exchange. They are not shared outside the site’s operation unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to deliver the requested response.
Technical Logs and Cookies
The hosting and site services may record routine technical details when a page loads, such as:

Reasonable administrative and technical steps are used to protect information under the site’s control. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed fully secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized access, loss, or alteration will never occur.
Visitors Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor submitted information, a parent or guardian may contact the site to request that it be deleted.
Requests About Your Information
You may ask about information held by the site and request, where applicable:
- a copy of personal information associated with you;
- correction of inaccurate details;
- deletion of information the site can remove; or
- an opt-out from certain uses, such as optional cookies or interest-based advertising.
A request should identify the information and the action sought. Search queries handled by an outside provider must be addressed under that provider’s process. Idaho’s Public Records Act, Idaho Code §74-101 et seq., governs requests to public agencies for government records; it does not make this private site a government records custodian.

Privacy practices may change as site services evolve. A revised notice will appear on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use after the revision means you accept the updated terms.
