Scope of This Reference Site

This is an independent guide to Idaho arrest-record sources. It does not store official rosters or case files and cannot verify current custody, arrange a release, or submit a document for a visitor.

The pages describe record types and route readers to county, state, court, and third-party services. Each outside source controls its own records, search results, and terms.

Rules for Site Use

• Follow applicable law while using this site.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use the site or linked tools for a decision covered by the FCRA.
• Do not attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
• Do not run automated scraping or collection against the site.
• Do not interfere with another visitor’s use or with site operation.

No FCRA Consumer Reports

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. The site does not provide consumer reports or screening services, and the same restriction applies to services offered by its ad partners. You agree not to use information from this site for any FCRA-regulated purpose, including:

• employment decisions, including hiring or dismissal;
• tenant or housing screening;
• credit or insurance decisions;
• eligibility for permits, licenses, or government programs; or
• any other use regulated by the FCRA.

Links and Outside Services

Links may open county sheriff and jail pages, Idaho government portals, court services, correctional locators, county guides, or commercial search tools. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control those sites’ content, privacy practices, fees, records, or availability; review their terms before submitting information. Idaho’s official records framework is set out in the Idaho Public Records Act, Title 74, Chapter 1, which applies to records held by public agencies.

Information Provided As Is

All site content and features are offered “as is,” without a promise that they will meet a particular need. We do not guarantee:

These terms are governed by Idaho law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Idaho.

Severability

If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
